You may use this site to browse our catalog, place orders and contact us. You may not use it to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or misrepresent who you are.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We try to keep it available, but we do not guarantee that this website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and much of the product information on this site comes from the manufacturer. Even so, descriptions, specifications and images are for guidance and may contain errors or omissions. Product photography is illustrative; colors and finishes vary between production runs and between screens.

Listing a product on this site is not a guarantee that it is in stock. If something you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitution, a backorder or a refund.

Tools and consumables sold here are for use by people competent to use them. It is your responsibility to follow the manufacturer's instructions and to use appropriate personal protective equipment. Nothing on this site is professional advice on how to perform a job safely.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and freight. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Freight is not charged at checkout — see the shipping policy.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product's price was listed incorrectly, we will contact you before processing the order and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own secure checkout page. We do not receive or store your card number. Your order is accepted when we confirm it, not when payment is authorized.

Returns, shortage claims, restocking fees and repair warranties are governed by our Returns, Shipping & Repairs policy, which forms part of these terms.

Products are covered by the warranty, if any, offered by their manufacturer, and by the repair terms set out in our returns and repairs policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except where the manufacturer provides otherwise, products are supplied without any other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Diamond blades, bits, pads and similar consumables are wear items. Normal wear is not a defect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, downtime or the cost of substitute goods, arising out of your use of this website or of any product bought through it. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned.

We do not accept responsibility for damage resulting from the use of this website or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, trademarks and other intellectual property — is the property of KLZ Diamond Tools or its respective owners and is protected under applicable law. You may not use it for any purpose without our express written authorization.

Manufacturer names and marks appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

This site links to our sister companies and to third-party services such as Stripe and Google. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any website we do not operate.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you agree to that venue.
