Service area & shipping
We ship the full catalog anywhere in the United States from our warehouse in Dallas, and we have reps on the ground across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Reps in your state
Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas each have a KLZ rep covering them. If you run a shop in one of those states, you are not buying from a website in another city — there is someone who knows the territory, and who can work out what you need, quote a volume order and set up a shop account.

Sales tax outside Texas
We charge Texas sales tax on deliveries within Texas only. Orders shipped to any other state are not charged sales tax at checkout, because Texas is where we are registered to collect it.
That is a statement about what our checkout does, not tax advice. Depending on where your business is, you may still owe use tax in your own state on what you buy. If you hold a resale or exemption certificate, send it over before you order and we'll get it on file.
Shipping and freight
Online orders are charged shipping at checkout, calculated from the order value, wherever you are. That is the whole charge — no freight invoice follows. On a large or unusually bulky consignment, call and we'll go through the freight with you before you order. Full terms are in our shipping and returns policy.
Where we are
Our counter and warehouse are at 11129 Zodiac Ln, Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75229, open mon – fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Everything we sell ships from that building. For product advice, bulk pricing or a shop account, call 1 (877) 559-3232 and you will get someone who knows the shelf.
